Rear Evaporator Module:

Rear Evaporator Connection:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Discharge and recover refrigerant from the system.
2. Left body side rear trim panel.
3. Air outlet duct assembly.
4. Electrical connectors.
5. Auxiliary evaporator underbody rear tube assembly from core by removing one retaining nut.
6. Four bolts retaining case to vehicle.
7. Auxiliary evaporator module assembly from vehicle.
8. Screws from case and split case open.
9. Evaporator core seal.
10. Evaporator core from case.

INSPECT
^ Gaskets and seals for damage; if damaged, replace.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Evaporator core into the case.
2. Evaporator core seal.
^ Reassemble case halves.
3. Auxiliary evaporator module assembly to the vehicle.
4. Four bolts retaining case to vehicle.
5. Auxiliary evaporator underbody rear tube assembly to the core with one retaining nut.
6. Electrical connectors.
7. Air outlet duct assembly.
8. Left body side rear trim panel.
9. Refrigerant to the system.
^ Check the system for leaks.
