System Diagnosis

IMPORTANT:
^ Perform the Diagnostic Procedure (chart #1) before begining any troubleshooting. Chart 4 PSD Indicator on at All Times
^ A low voltage battery condition may cause the Power Sliding Door Module to go to an inoperative state. This condition occurs for internal module protection. To reset the system when in this mode (or when disconnecting any part of the Power Sliding Door System):
1. Make sure the Sliding Door is in a closed position.
2. Turn the Ignition Switch "OFF."
3. Remove the "TAIL" Fuse.
4. Keep the "TAIL" Fuse out for 30 seconds.
5. Reinstall the "TAIL" Fuse.
6. Cycle the Sliding Door open and then closed with either PSD Switch ("B" pillar or O/H Console).

If the system does not reset, refer to the applicable diagnostic chart. Symptom Diagnostic Charts
