Preliminary Checks

1. Check condition of RADIO and HORN-DM fuses; also Power Antenna In-Line fuse. If fuse(s) is blown, locate and repair source of overload and replace fuse.
2. If fuse(s) are not blown, proceed with the diagnostic procedure.
