Right Side

Removal

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Raise vehicle and support with safety stands.
3. Remove exhaust pipe from exhaust manifold.
4. Lower vehicle.
5. Remove turbocharger assembly if so equipped. Service and Repair
6. Remove exhaust manifold bolts and remove the exhaust manifold.
7. Clean mating surfaces and threads of exhaust manifold bolts.

Installation

1. Attach exhaust manifold and exhaust manifold bolts.
2. Install turbocharger assembly if so equipped.
3. Raise vehicle and support with safety stands.
4. Attach exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold.
5. Lower vehicle and reconnect negative battery cable.
