Water Pump Remove

Coolant Pump:

Fan And Fan Clutch:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.

2. Remove air cleaner air duct.

3. Remove radiator shroud upper section.

4. Drain coolant.

5. Remove belt.

6. Remove fan and pulley from pump.

7. Disconnect lower radiator hose from pump.

8. Disconnect coolant bypass hose from pump.

9. Remove coolant pump (91) and gaskets (94) from engine.

^ Clean gasket sealing surfaces on the coolant pump and the block. Inspect all components for defects.
