Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Check to see that the ACC-BATT Circuit Breaker and in-line (C296) Fuse is not blown. If Fuse is blown locate and repair source of the overload, then replace fuse. If Circuit Breaker is open, locate and repair source of the overload, then check Circuit Breaker operation. If Breaker does not reset, replace Breaker.
