Troubleshooting Hints

PERFORM THESE STEPS FIRST


1. Check CTSY Fuse by noting normal operation of the courtesy lamps.

2. Check that G201 is clean and tight. If equipped with Power Door Locks, check G201 by noting normal operation of the Power Door Locks.

^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check.

^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.

^ Perform the System Check and refer to the Symptom Table for the appropriate diagnostic procedure(s).
