Rocker Arm Assembly: Service and Repair

Rocker arm studs that are cracked or have damaged threads can be replaced. If threads in cylinder head are damaged or stripped, the head can be tapped and a helical type insert added. When installing a new rocker arm stud, tighten stud to specification.
