Sliding Side Door Rattles (Install New Brackets)

CONDITION
Some customers may comment the sliding side door rattles over rough roads.
CAUSE
Upper and lower roller brackets have steel rollers which rattle in the tracks.
CORRECTION
Install new upper and lower roller brackets which have hytrel rollers.
Important:
The upper and lower roller bracket assemblies should be changed after you have confirmed that the door alignment, striker and the front guide pins to pockets are in alignment and not binding.
