Fuel Filter: Service and Repair

Fuel Filter Location:

NOTE: Perform Fuel Pressure Release Procedure (2.5L engine only).

Inline fuel filters can be found in the fuel feed line under the hood.

Always use a backup wrench any time the fuel filter is removed or installed. Also make sure that a good O-ring is used at all screw couple locations. Torque on fittings is 30 Nm (22 ft lbs).
