Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LH2 with V03)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the fan. Refer to Fan Replacement (LH2 with V03) (Fan Replacement (with V03)).
2. Lower the vehicle.




3. Disconnect the condenser tube from the fan shroud retainer clip.
4. Remove the cooling fan shroud retaining bolts.
5. Remove the cooling fan shroud.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the cooling fan shroud.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the cooling fan shroud retaining bolts and tighten to 5.4 Nm (48 lb in).
3. Connect the condenser tube to the fan shroud retainer clip.
4. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Service and Repair).
5. Install the fan. Refer to Fan Replacement (LH2 with V03) (Fan Replacement (with V03)).
