Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the intermediate pipe. Refer to Intermediate Pipe Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Drill out the exhaust heat shield rivets.
3. Remove the exhaust heat shield.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the exhaust heat shield.
2. Install new exhaust heat shield rivets.
3. Install the intermediate pipe. Refer to Intermediate Pipe Replacement (Service and Repair).
