Transmission Fluid Cooler Lower Pipe Assembly Replacement - Auxiliary Cooler to Radiator

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the right front fascia closeout panel.




3. Disconnect the radiator to auxiliary transmission oil cooler (TOC) line from the auxiliary TOC.
4. Remove the radiator to auxiliary TOC line from the auxiliary TOC.
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Remove the upper radiator support.




7. Disconnect the radiator to auxiliary TOC line from the radiator.
8. Remove the radiator to auxiliary TOC line from the radiator.
9. Remove the radiator to auxiliary TOC line from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the vehicle.
2. Connect the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the radiator.
3. Install the upper radiator support.
4. Raise the vehicle.
5. Install the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the auxiliary TOC.




6. Connect the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the auxiliary TOC.
7. Install the right front fascia closeout panel.
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Fill the transmission fluid. Refer to Transmission Fluid Fill Procedure.
