Exhaust Muffler Insulator, Hanger, and Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the muffler.




2. Remove the muffler hanger bolt (1) and hanger.
3. Remove the hanger (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the hanger (2).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the muffler hanger and bolt (1).

Tighten the muffler hanger nuts to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).

3. Install the muffler.
