DIGITAL RADIO RECEIVER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the rear self panel.

IMPORTANT: Do not swap digital radio receivers between vehicles. Swapping digital receivers between vehicles will activate the digital radio Theftlock, "XM Theftlock" will be displayed.

2. Disconnect the electrical connectors on the receiver.
3. Remove the fasteners securing the receiver to the rear shelf carrier.
4. Remove the receiver.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the receiver to the rear carrier.
2. Install the fasteners securing the receiver to the rear carrier.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (17 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connectors.
4. Install the rear self panel.
5. Perform the setup procedure for the digital radio receiver. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information. Programming and Relearning
