Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose: Service and Repair

AIR CLEANER INTAKE DUCT REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the air cleaner.
2. Loosen the air duct clamp at the rear of the mass air flow sensor.




3. Remove the air duct (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air duct (1).
2. Install the air duct to the throttle body.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the clamp assembly to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

3. Install the air cleaner.
