78. Oil Pan Assemble

Oil Pan Assemble





1. Install NEW O-rings on the oil level sensor and drain plug.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the oil pan oil level sensor.
^ Tighten the oil pan oil level sensor to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the oil pan baffle.





4. Install the oil pan baffle bolts.
^ Tighten the oil pan baffle bolts to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.)





5. Install the oil drain plug.
^ Tighten the oil drain plug to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
