Distance Sensing Cruise Control Bracket Replacement



DISTANCE SENSING CRUISE CONTROL BRACKET REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the hood.




2. Remove the left front section (1) of the air cleaner assembly.
3. Remove the distance sensing cruise control (DSCC) module.




4. Remove the three bolts (1) attaching the DSCC module bracket to the frame.
5. Remove the DSCC module bracket from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Position the DSCC module bracket to the frame.




2. Hand tighten the bolts that attach the DSCC module bracket to the frame.

Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m(18 lb ft).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the DSCC module.




4. Install the left front section (1) of the air cleaner assembly.
5. Close the hood.
