Backup Lamp Switch Replacement
Removal Procedure





1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Disconnect the backup lamp switch electrical connector.
3. Using a 27 mm wrench, remove the backup lamp switch and washer (208) from the case. Discard the washer.

Installation Procedure





1. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the backup lamp switch and a NEW washer (208) to the case.
^ Tighten the switch to 44 Nm (32 ft. lbs.).
2. Connect the backup lamp switch electrical connector.
3. Lower the vehicle.
