Intake Manifold Assemble





1. Lubricate the new injector O-rings with clean engine oil.
2. Install the new injector O-rings on the injectors.





3. Install the fuel rail with the fuel injectors to the intake manifold.






Notice: Install the fuel rail attaching bolts to the intake manifold.

4. Tighten the fuel rail attaching bolts to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).





5. Install the fuel rail attaching bolt near the fuel supply-return lines.
Tighten the fuel rail attaching bolts to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).





6. Install the wiring harness and connectors to the fuel injectors.
