^ J8062 Valve Spring Compressor
^ J41774 Valve Spring Compressor Adapter
1. Use J8062 and J41774 to compress the valve springs.
2. Remove the valve stem keys (2).
3. Remove the cap (3) from the valve stem.
4. Remove the valve spring (4).
5. Remove the valve seal (5).
6. Remove the valve spring seat (6) from the cylinder head.
7. Remove the valves (7). Place the valves sequentially in a rack so they can be installed in their original order, if being reused.
