106. Engine Flywheel Installation

Engine Flywheel Installation





1. Install the flywheel.
2. Apply thread adhesive GM P/N 12345493, (Canadian P/N 10953488) to the flywheel bolts.
3. Install new flywheel bolts.

^ Tighten the flywheel bolts to 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.) on the first pass.
^ Tighten the flywheel bolts 30 degrees the second pass.
^ Tighten the flywheel bolts 15 degrees the final pass.
