Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose: Service and Repair

AIR CLEANER INTAKE DUCT REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the air cleaner.
2. Loosen the air duct clamp at the throttle body.






3. Remove the air duct (1) and air resonator assembly.







INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the air duct (1) and air resonator assembly and air intake duct clamp.
2. Install the air duct to the throttle body.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. Vehicle Damage Warnings

Tighten
Tighten the clamp assembly to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

3. Install the air cleaner.
