Oil Pan Cleaning and Inspection







1. Clean the oil pan in solvent.
2. Remove all the sludge and the oil deposits:
3. Clean the oil pan mating surface.
4. Inspect for the following conditions:
- Stripped or damaged thread holes
- Chipped or cracked sealing flanges

5. Replace the oil pan as necessary.
