FUEL FILLER DOOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the fuel filler door.




2. Remove the bolts securing the fuel filler door to the vehicle.
3. Remove the fuel filler door from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the fuel filler door to the vehicle.
2. Install the bolts in order to secure the fuel filler door to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Close the fuel filler door.
4. Ensure there is an equal spacing around the door opening.
