Front Side Door Window Channel Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Run the window to the full-down position.
2. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the door window inner belt molding. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement (Door Window Sealing Strip).




4. Pull the window run channel (1) from the door window reveal molding.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the front and rear legs of the window run channel (1) through the belt line.
2. Insert the window run into the reveal molding.
3. Seat the window run starting at the top corner of the center pillar.
4. Working forward and down, seat the rest of the window run into the reveal molding.
5. Install the door window inner belt molding. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement (Door Window Sealing Strip).
6. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
