Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Intermediate Pipe/Hose Replacement - Bank 2

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Remove the bank 2 intermediate pipe/hose (1) from the AIR pump (2).
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Loosen the pinch clamp connecting the bank 2 intermediate pipe/hose (1) to the bank 2 shut-off valve.
5. Remove the bank 2 intermediate pipe/hose (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the bank 2 intermediate pipe/hose (1).
2. Install the pinch clamp connecting the bank 2 intermediate pipe/hose (1) to the bank 2 shut-off valve.
3. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
4. Install the bank 2 intermediate pipe/hose (1) and clamp to the AIR pump (2).
5. Lower the vehicle.
