Knee Bolster Replacement

Removal Procedure





Important: The retainer does not separate from bolster.


1. Remove threaded retainers counterclockwise.
2. Slide bolster down and remove from mounting pins.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the bolster onto mounting pins and slide up into position and hold.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the threaded retainers clockwise until seated.

Tighten the retainers to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
