Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Express Window Down Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Lower the window to the bottom of the door.
2. Remove front door panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement (Power Mirror Replacement).




4. Pull up on the front edge of the outer belt sealing strip in order to remove from the flange.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the outer belt sealing strip.
2. Raise the window all the way up.
3. Install the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement (Power Mirror Replacement).
4. Install front door panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement Service and Repair
