Power Mirror Motor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the mirror lens.
2. Disconnect the mirror motor electrical connector.
3. Remove the mirror motor screws.
4. Remove the mirror motor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the mirror motor to the mirror housing.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the mirror motor screws.

Tighten
Tighten the mirror motor screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Connect the mirror motor electrical connector.
4. Install the mirror lens.
