Assist Handle Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Lift the covers that conceal the screws (one at each end) in order to remove the front assist handle.
2. Remove the screws from the front assist handle.
3. Remove the front assist handle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the front assist handle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the screws to the front assist handle.

Tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm (13 lb in).

3. Close the front assist handle covers that conceal the screws (one at each end).
