Disassemble

Disassembly Procedure





1. Remove the upper and lower shrouds. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers - Disassemble -Off Vehicle (Power) or Steering Column Trim Covers - Disassemble - Off Vehicle (Manual Tilt) under Steering Column Service and Repair.
2. Disconnect the pivot and pulse connector.





3. Depress the tabs (2) on the pivot and pulse switch assembly (1) and remove from the switch mounting bracket.
