Parking Brake Warning Switch: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the left front carpet retainer.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the switch.
3. Remove switch retaining screw.
4. Remove switch.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the switch to the parking brake lever assembly. Align pin to locator.
2. Install the switch retaining screw.
3. Connect the electrical connector to the switch.
4. Install the left front carpet retainer.
