Window Channel Replacement - Rear Door Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Remove the door module.
3. Remove the water deflector.
4. Reconnect the power window switch and module.
5. Raise the window to the full up position.
6. Remove the upper and lower nuts (2).
7. Rotate the front window channel (1) forward.
8. Remove the front window channel (1) through the front access hole of the inner door panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the front window channel (1) through the front access hole of the inner door panel.
2. Rotate the front window channel (1) rearward and align on the lower edge of the window.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the upper and lower front window channel nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

4. Lower the window to the full down position.
5. Disconnect the power window switch and module.
6. Install the water deflector.
7. Install the door module.
8. Install the door trim panel.
