Generator Cooler Lines Replacement (Outlet)

Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lift Points.
2. Remove the front air deflector.





3. Remove the generator cooler outlet hose from the generator.
4. Remove the generator cooler outlet hose retainer.
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Remove the generator cooler outlet hose from the engine.
7. Remove the generator cooler outlet hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the generator cooler outlet hose to the vehicle.
2. Install the generator cooler outlet hose to the engine.
3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lift Points.
4. Install the generator cooler outlet hose to the generator.
5. Install the generator cooler outlet hose retainer.
6. Install the front air deflector.
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Inspect the coolant level. Add coolant if necessary.
