Horn: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the lower air deflector.
3. Disconnect the horn electrical connectors (1) from the horns (2).




4. Remove the bolts retaining the horns (1) to the body.
5. Remove the horns (1) from the body.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Install the horns (1) to the body.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolts to retain the horns (1) to the body.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).




3. Connect the horn electrical connectors (1) to the horns (2).
4. Install the front air deflector.
5. Lower the vehicle.
