Tachometer

The engine RPM is calculated by the Crank Position Sensor (CKP) sending a signal to the Ignition Control (IC) Module. The IC module sends a signal to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), which is filtered and sent to the IPC via circuit 121 (WHT). The signal is a square wave with a 50 percent duty cycle.
