Headrest

When the left seat switch is operated to move the headrest up, battery positive voltage (B+) is applied via the headrest up switch contacts and CKT 1068 (WHT/BLK) to the MSM. In response to this input, the MSM supplies battery positive voltage (B+) via CKT 1257 (YEL) and ground via CKT 1258 (PPL) to the left headrest motor. The motor runs to drive the headrest up until the switch is released. When the left seat switch is operated to move the headrest down, battery positive voltage (B+) is applied via the headrest down switch contacts and CKT 1069 (DK BLU/WHT) to the MSM. In response to this input, the MSM supplies battery positive voltage (B+) via CKT 1258 (PPL) and ground via CKT 1257 (YEL) to the left headrest motor. The motor runs to drive the headrest down until the switch is released. The MSM will also control the left headrest motor during memory recall functions.
