THEFT SYSTEM PROBLEM, CAR MAY NOT RESTART

The IPC displays the THEFT SYSTEM PROBLEM, CAR MAY NOT RESTART message if the IPC detects a PASS-Key� II or EEPROM malfunction. Some or all of the following DTC are possible causes for the message:
