Warning/Reminder Chimes

The seat belt and ignition key and lamps and turn signal alarm sounds a chime to bring attention to one or more of several conditions. These conditions are:
^ The headlamp switch is on and the ignition switch is not in the RUN or START position.
^ The ignition key is in the ignition switch when the driver's door is open.
^ The driver seat belt is unbuckled when the ignition switch is in the RUN or START position.

Voltage is applied at all times through the fuse block to power the alarm. These alarm/chimes are integral to the instrument cluster and replacement is required replace the appropriate the gauge module.
