Exhaust Resonator: Description and Operation

The resonator allows the use of the mufflers with less back pressure. Additionally, the resonator provides for best exhaust system tuning characteristics. The resonator is located in the rear of the vehicle. Separate the resonator from the intermediate pipes to service the resonator separately.
