Tilt/Telescoping Column Positions - Without Memory

On vehicles without memory, the tilt/telescoping steering column can be set to store two positions: an exit position and an entry position. The exit position a in this case defaults to the position with the column all the way forward and all the way up. The entry position is the last known location of the column when the ignition was previously turned OFF. These two settings may be enabled or disabled by using personalization set up procedures with the Driver Information Center (DIC). These settings are either both on or both off.
