Forward/Back

When the seat switch is operated to move the entire seat forward, battery positive voltage (B+) is applied via the entire seat forward switch contacts and CKT 285 (TAN) (LH) or CKT 296 (TAN) (RH) to the forward/back motor. The motor is grounded via CKT 284 (LT GRN) (LH) or CKT 290 (LT GRN) (RH) and the entire seat back switch contacts to ground. The motor runs to drive the seat forward until the switch is released. Moving the entire seat back works similarly to moving the entire seat forward except that the battery positive voltage (B+) and ground are on the opposite circuits causing the motor to run in the opposite direction driving the entire seat to move back.
