Ajar Switch Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDUREHood Ajar Switch Replacement: Removal Procedure:
1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the upper filler panel.
3. Gently pry the retainers retaining the hood ajar switch (1).
Hood Ajar Switch Replacement: Removal Procedure:
4. Remove the hood ajar switch connector (2) from the hood ajar switch (1).
5. Remove the hood ajar switch from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Hood Ajar Switch Replacement: Installation Procedure:
1. Install the hood ajar switch to the vehicle.
2. Press the retainers to retain the hood ajar switch (1).
Hood Ajar Switch Replacement: Installation Procedure:
3. Install the hood ajar switch connector (2) to the hood ajar switch (1).
4. Install the upper tiller panel.
5. Close the hood.
