Hood Latch Support Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDUREHood Latch Support Replacement: Removal Procedure:
1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the upper tiller panel.
3. Remove the hood latch.
4. Remove the fastener (3) retaining the outside temperature sensor (1) to the hood latch support (2).

5. Remove the lower bolts (1) retaining the hood latch support (2) to the vehicle.
Hood Latch Support Replacement: Removal Procedure:
6. Remove the upper bolts (1) retaining the hood latch support (2) to the vehicle.
7. Remove the hood latch support (2) from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Hood Latch Support Replacement: Installation Procedure:
1. Install the hood latch support (1) to the vehicle.
2. Install the bolts (3) to retain the hood latch support (1) to the vehicle.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts (3) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
3. Install the hood latch.
4. Install the upper filler panel

5. Install the outside temperature sensor (1) to the hood latch support (2)
6. Install the fastener (3) to retain the outside temperature sensor (1) to the hood latch support (2).
7. Close the hood.
