REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door: Removal Procedure:

1. With the door open remove the door weatherstrip and retainers from around the lower door.
2. Remove the door weatherstrip from the top of the door frame by pulling the weatherstrip from the retainer.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the door weatherstrip on to the top half of the door first.
2. Insert the seal locating pin into the top front corner of the door frame near the center-pillar.
3. Insert the seal into the retainer starting at the front of the door frame.
4. Working rearward seat the inboard lip of the seal into the retainer and roll the outboard lip into place.
5. From the top front corner of the door frame working downward install the seal using the same procedure as in step 4.
6. Secure the lower half of the weatherstrip to the door by inserting the retainer pins into the holes.
