Lamps on Warning (Fast Chime)

When the instrument cluster (IPC) determines that the park lamps have been turned ON by the headlamp switch, the IPC sends a Class 2 message requesting that the radio (IRC) turn ON the fast chime under the following conditions:
^ The ignition key is not in the steering column lock cylinder.
^ The left front door is open.

When the IPC detects that the park lamps have been turned OFF, the IPC sends a Class 2 message requesting that the IRC turn OFF the fast chime under the following conditions:
^ The ignition key is in the steering column lock cylinder.
^ The left front door is closed.
