REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Sunroof Glass Panel Seal Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Slide the sunscreen all the way rearward.
2. Remove the glass panel. Set the glass panel upside down on a protected cover. This way the screws are visible.
3. Remove the screws from the glass panel seal retainer.
4. Remove the glass panel seal retainer.
5. Remove the glass panel sealing strip.
- When you replace the sealing-strip, remove the glue from glass panel and retainer.
- Clean the area with a suitable solvent of isopropyl alcohol 50/50 mixture by volume with water on a dampened cloth.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Sunroof Glass Panel Seal Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the glass panel sealing strip.
2. Install the glass panel seal retainer.
3. Install the screws to the glass panel seal retainer.

Tighten
Tighten the glass panel sealing inner retainer screws until fully seated and not stripped.

4. Install the glass panel.
5. Inspect the alignment at all for corners to ensure the sealing of the glass panel to roof.
6. Slide sunscreen panel closed.
