Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Slide the sunscreen all the way rearward.
2. Open the glass panel.
3. Remove the wind deflector.
4. Remove the brush cover.
5. Remove the bolts (5), three from each side of the panel.
6. Slide the glass panel rearward 13 mm (1/2 in) and lift out.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Slide the glass panel forward 13 mm (1/2 inch).
2. Orient information/logo stencilled on glass toward the rear.
3. Center the glass panel to the roof opening.
4. Install the bolts (5), three to each side of glass panel.

Tighten
Tighten the glass panel bolt to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

5. Install the brush cover.
6. Install the wind deflector.
7. Close the glass panel.
8. Slide the sunscreen panel closed.
