Hinge Pillar Trim

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Trim Replacement - Hinge Pillar: Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the instrument panel sound insulator. Remove the self-locking tabs to release sound insulator.
2. Remove the carpet retainer.
3. Remove the center pillar trim finish panel screws.
4. Remove the center pillar trim finish panel by pulling rearward.
5. Remove the hinge pillar trim finish panel screw.
6. Remove the hinge pillar trim finish panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Trim Replacement - Hinge Pillar: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the hinge pillar trim finish panel.
2. Install the hinge pillar trim finish panel screw.

Tighten
Tighten the hinge pillar trim finish panel screw until fully seated and not stripped.

3. Install the center pillar trim finish panel. Install the center pillar trim finish panel by snapping in place.
4. Install the carpet retainer.
5. Install the instrument panel sound insulator. Install the self-locking tabs to release sound insulator.
